All tax/property information is located on the county website at casscountymi.org. It is found by clicking Property Tax Search. If you think there is an error with your property tax bill’s value or Principal Residence Exemption, please contact the township assessor at 269-646-8020.

The township does have a payment drop box in the foyer at the township hall and is open 24 hours. If you would like a receipt, please enclose a self-address stamped envelope with your payment. Make checks payable to Newberg Township. For Fed Ex or UPS deliveries please use 58391 M40 Jones, MI 49061.

Winter property taxes are due March 2, 2026. In-person collection dates at the Township Hall (13020 Born St) are December 30, 2025, 9 am-12 pm & 1-5 pm, February 23, 2026, 5-7 pm, and March 2, 2026, 9 am – 12 pm & 1-5 pm. If paying with cash, please have exact amount.
