• Two (2) FREE landfill passes per parcel with a maximum of six (6) total are available from the Township Clerk.  The cost of the passes are paid for by Newberg Township.   If you would like the passes mailed to you, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Newberg Township (landfill passes) PO Box 37, Jones, MI 49061.  Please include your name, phone number, and the address of the township property.  Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.

The Fabius Township/Westside Landfill Drop-off Recycling Program is available to residents of other Townships at a fee of $1 per visit.  (punch cards for 11 visits at cost of $10 are available at the Westside Landfill Office).

The Drop-off Recycle Center is located on Roberts Road between Broadway and M-60 in Three Rivers.

Single Stream Recycling

Residential Paper

• Paper – Newspaper, magazines, phone books, boxboard (like cereal boxes), corrugated cardboard (please put big boxes in the separate cardboard bin in front of building), copy paper, mail and other office paper – without wax liners, plastic or carbon sheets, lamination, metal or plastic bindings.

Commingled Recyclables (Bottles, Jugs, Jars & Cans)

• Metal – cans, aluminum trays & foil.
• Glass – bottles & jars – no plate glass, vases, ceramic,etc.
• Plastic Bottles – Rigid narrow neck or screw top bottles & jugs (any number) such as milk jugs, water bottles, shampoo bottles-please no motor oil bottles.
• #1 & #2 type Plastic Containers – such as microwave trays, tubs and molded liners.  No film plastic is accepted including plastic bags or plastic sheeting.

*** All containers must be empty, caps removed from container & preferably crushed or flattened to save space & resources to haul bins to material recovery facility (MRF).***
