NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2019 IN ST. JOSEPH and CASS COUNTY MICHIGAN 

An election will be held in St. Joseph and Cass Counties on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. 

Persons planning to register may do so in person at the City or Township Clerk’s Office, the Secretary of State branch office, County Clerk’s Office, or other designated state agency during regular business hours. Registration by mail may be used by obtaining and completing a Mail Voter Registration Application at www.mi.gov/vote and forwarding to the election official as directed on the application. Lastly, those already registered may update their voter registration at www.expressSOS.com

The last day to register for the election in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is October 21, 2019. Persons residing in the County registering after the deadline will need to register with the local clerk in-person with proof of residency at the following locations:

  1. JOSEPH COUNTY INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT AREA CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROPOSAL 1 MILL FOR 10 YEARS 

THREE RIVERS COMMUNITY SCHOOLS GENERAL OBLIGATION UNLIMITED TAX BOND PROPOSAL FOR BUILDING AND SITE PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED $61,345,000 PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT THE BONDS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, IF APPROVED BY A MAJORITY VOTE OF THE ELECTORS AT THIS ELECTION, WILL BE GENERAL OBLIGATION UNLIMITED TAX BONDS PAYABLE FROM GENERAL AD VALOREM TAXES.
